The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. Ralph is a splendid person to have as a driver since he is calm, careful and considerete. This was a very safe experience. He is also a quiet person who will chat if you want to or be contained if that is what you want to. He helpfully suggested stopping whenever we wanted to take pictures and mid-way knew where we would stop for coffee. Ralph was extremely well prepared and had Googled our accommodation destination and so could take us directly there. He was also helpful when we found our accommodation. Taxi was spotless and the drive to Edinburgh went very smoothly. Ralph made it very relaxed. When we were dropped off at the airport we were given instructions for the return pick up. Ralph sent a text on the last day of our holiday to confirm our return booking which was very reassuring. Return pick up and journey home went as efficiently as our previous one.
